Action-packed Fitness Boot Camp

Our action-packed Fitness Boot Camp is specifically designed to get our children moving, using fitness equipment and amazing props to add variety to every class.

Each session – led by certified fitness instructors – provides vigorous physical activity while teaching the importance of a healthy lifestyle and having a whole lot of fun!

In our All Star Sports classes we introduce age-appropriate skills and technique across a variety of sports like Cricket, Softball, Tennis, Soccer, Tag Rugby, Hockey and Netball.

Our high energy coaches help our Stars develop the skills and confidence to succeed in each sport in a fun and non-competitive environment.

Yoga by Stretch-n-Grow helps channel positive energy by creating a space to practice mindfulness, strength, and breathing techniques.

In our engaging weekly sessions, our Stars explore simple yoga poses and our creative curriculum will have your little Stars increasing their endurance, concentration, and confidence!
